Consultancy with regards to fixed asset

Suppose i receive Consultancy Service in relation to how to bring an asset, how to use it and other stuffs. Please tell me if i can capitalise it.?

Neither consulting does not add any value to asset nor increase its efficiency. So you cannot capitalise consultancy charges.
