Consolidated results submission to stock exchanges

A company has not opted for submission of consolidated quarterly results as it is not preparing the consolidated accounts quarterly.

But at the year end i.e in the IV quarter  it is preparing the consolidated financial statements for the purpose of inclusion in the Annual report as per clause no: 32.

Is it mandatory to submit annual audited  consolidated financial results along with audited standalone financials to the stock exchanges as per clause no:41 with in 60 days.
