I have some querys regarding Consignment Br. Transfer & Form F
1) is it necessary to generate WAY-BILL for consigenment Br. Transfer
for outseide sate (from Bhubaneswar To West Bangal
2) when should we generate form F (Before transfer of goods or
quarterly just like C form) Please help me as it is very urgent for
me.

Hi Sumit...
Waybill is generally required on every entry into the state, whether by way of Stock Transfer, Sale or Consignment. With respect to Form details, you may refer to the local VAT laws of respective states (in your example VAT laws of WB since the stocks are moving into WB)
With respect to your second question, F Form is to be issued within 3 months from the end of the month in which the stock transfers take place...
