Vandana of delhi sent 6000 goods on consingmnt to Vastralya at selling price 120 p.s. expense were 3000 on freight and packaging. vastralaya sold 5000 saree on rs 125 each and incurred expense 1000 as selling expenses. and remitted 500000 to vandana . sshe entitled to a commision of 5% on total sale and 20% above rs 120 per saree... 3000 saree were sold at 110 per saree. the value of stock of sarees in hand is to be reduced by 10%. plz anyone tell me how to calculate stock reserve in this ques... step by step
