Confused between rtp and amendment....
There is amendment that "The process if cutting, slitting and printing of aluminium foils shall amount to manufacture" while there is case law of GTC industries that it will not b amount to manufacture...if amendment has to b followed then in may 2013 there is a question on this point in which answer is given by referring to case.....plz help what to b done in this case...

Provisions of any act are read with the supported case studies. Keeping in view the same the decision stated in the case law would override anything related content in the provisions. Dont worry.
But vaibhav there is a amendment dated 17/03/2012 and this case is of 2011...and if there is any amendment regarding any ruling in case law that case law will not b relevant any more...
