Condonation request u/s 119(b) of Income Act,1961

Hi Sir/ Madam,
I had submitted grievance as on 9th January,2023 through online (under Condonation delay of u/s 119(b) category). In how many days approximately will this be resolved?

Your condonation request under 'Grievance' will not be considered at all.

File it under 'Services' again... after login...

Under Services category Condonation Request Delay in submission of ITR V option only enabled sir. Now what can i do please help me sir

Condonation delay under sec 119(2)(b) is applicable when the assesse delays in filing return.There is a lapse for last three years . A seperate itr form U IS BEING IS INTRODUCED.

You have not specified about filing of ITR.

In that case you have to file condonation reqest to your Jurisdictional JCIT/ITO... OFFLINE...

ItrV is not only enabled provision is there as per act. raise issue to others.
