Concessional rate sales and refund of unutilized itc
Assessee suppliying material at concessional GST rate vide notification no 47/2017 (igst rate),to DSIR recognized research Institutes,we would like to be guided,if same is covered under inverted duty and assessee is eligible for refund unutilized itc.

Yes it is covered under inverted duty structure and you can claim refund of excess ITC.
