concent letter should be in stamp paper or it can be at a plane paper? if stamp paper then what should be the value of stamp paper?

Stamp paper not mandatory if Consent Letter... You can prepare plain paper...

Even if You will prepare in Stamp Paper then You can.

If Dept ask it with stamp paper then You can proceed with stamp paper.
