Computation of eps
A loan is oustanding as on 31.3.2014, the same is converted in to Equity Shares during current year, Please help me to calculate EPS

The Presentation of EPS for above will be as follows (assuming that loan repaid through shares in mid year F.Y. 2015-16)
Basic EPS for 2015-16
Weighted agv no. of oustanding shares = original no. of shares * 12/12 + Shares issued against loan * 6/12
