Compunding scheme bill how to show ?

Dear sirs I request you to please tell me how to show a sale bill on compounding scheme. I got a product with 5% gst and the Mrp is 100. can I have the right to issue invoices for the same. If I have ? How do I show that bill.is that
Product - rate * qty =100
or
Product - rate before tax *qty +5% =100/-
which one is correct.
