I have received a Notice from Income Tax for Non Filling or ITR.
for the Compansation I have received for the Complulsory Acquisition of my agriculture land.
What Should I Do?.
1. File ITR and Respond online .
2. Only Respond to compliance online.
and. which ITR to be file ...
it there is no Stamp Duty on transaction.and even Security Transaction Tax is also not paid.???

If it was rural agricultural land....... just reply accordingly
So, Check for any tax liability, and take call
Being rural agricultural land, there is no tax liability, rather refund of TDS deducted can be claimed.
Better to take help of a tax consultant, who can help you file return, and get refund processed...
