Composition to regular

in this situation you have to pay late fee on jul-sep gstr 4

but please file a complain about this on selfservice.gstportal.gov.in choose subject late fee and write in descripttion why i pay late fee when my portal updated after due date

for jul,aug,sep 3b and gstr 1 no late fee but for oct,nov,dec you have to pay late fee on 3b and gstr 1 both
