can we take input credit on inward supplies from out side state?

No composition dealer are not allowed for input tax credit and they can not collect tax from customer also.

Composition dealer can't take ITC from his purchases from anywhere (intra state or inter state).
But, He can purchase from other State.....

But some people have registered themselves in composition schem who are service provider.
What will happen to them?

He is wrong.
In My View., it's not available.
Bcoz, He select as Service related business activities in nature of Business then it's can't opt composition scheme...
In case he opt composition scheme they ll doing services in out of GST... I mean without billing and don't show it anywhere.....

what will be the status of a person who was a composite dealer, under vat , but not yet migrated under gst.
