Quick Summary
If you're operating under the composition scheme for GST, you file your returns (CMP-08) on a quarterly basis. This means your tax liability is also calculated and payable quarterly, not monthly. You can make payments through the CMP-08 filing itself, or if you prefer, you can make a cash payment which will be reflected in your cash ledger and offset against your quarterly return.

You can pay quarterly basis. i.e 18th of next next quarter.
Liability will be payable on Quarterly basis by Composition Dealer...
So,
You can pay quarterly wise through filing of CMP-08.

But,
if You want to pay cash payment then You can pay through payment option and it's showing balance in Your Cash Ledger...
Sir if payment made then it will be setoff at the time of quarterly return
Yes... Definitely.
