so long as your turnover in a state does not exceed 75 lakhs u r eligible for composition subject to conditions in sec 10

please read section 10 of the act and relevant notification. it is the option to pay flat rate tax in lue of normal tax liabilities for the small business traders to avoid hardship of complexity.
