Any purchase from outer state will be charged IGST, so it is to be purchased from registered dealer only........
But locally if you purchase from composition dealer.... you will be saving something on purchase..
If you are under composition scheme in gst, purchases cannot be made from other states.
A taxpayer registered under composition scheme is barred from carrying out inter-state transactions amd cannot offer import or export. He is allowed to carry out transactions only within the state.
