can i purchas from out station ?          Yes........

it is good or bad for me ? what is right for me - purchas composition dealer or registered dealer ?

Any purchase from outer state will be charged IGST, so it is to be purchased from registered dealer only........

But locally if you purchase from composition dealer.... you will be saving something on purchase..
