Can wholesale trader also take the advantage of composition scheme.

Yes........... if all other conditions satisfy.......... like turnover, intrastate sales.....

sir in kvatwe are purchasing one product 100+14.5%
in gst
it 100+28%
then how is rate coming down the end user always purchasing including tax only then what is the profit for gst to the end customer
sir in igst is there ANY tax return
Means if we sold any goods outside the state, composition scheme will not applicable

@ Akash gupta:         Yes.... Dealer under composition cannot supply interstate....

                                   Inward purchase is only possible......

@ MohanKumar:   You have taken only VAT part, but many other indirect taxes like excise which you had been paying on the goods are totally included in GST 28%. So, net what you were paying as KVAT 14% and excise+ octroi + cess would be around 30% or more which whole gets stabilized to 28% 'One India One Tax'  Read more: How-gst-will-bring-benefits-for-all

@ Innovative 123: Yes, all registered dealers will be required to file returns.  

  • There will be a common e-return for CGST, SGST, IGST and Additional Tax.
