gst number se ye kese pta kre ki jo purchaseser ne gatin num.diye h wo composition me h ya nhi h?

if he is charging gst seperatley in invoice then he is not registered under composition scheme,

else he is registered under composition scheme

Yes undercomposition scheme supplier can,t charge GST seprately.So no input available on that bill also for service service.
