in my opinion,
sending goods for job work is considered as supply under GST.
So sending goods for job work to other state would mean interstate supply and composition dealer cannot make interstate supplies.
hence, in my opinion composition dealer cannot send goods for job work to other state.
Also take some other experts advise along with it
