composition dealer
A dealer (goods) who opted composition scheme can purchase googs from anywhere in India I.e from multiple states ? Please clarify.

yes only purchase allowed inter state sale is not allowed under composition scheme

No, Composition scheme is available only for intra state. If dealer is involved in interstate supplies, then he can not opt for the scheme,
inter-state Purchase allowed and inter-state sales not allowed. It's right?
