RCM is applicable on composite scheme dealor

Any tax payable under Reverse Charge Mechanism will not be covered under the scheme. These taxes will be liable to be paid as a normal tax payer.

Yes, RCM is applicable to composite dealers at regular rates.

i think it will not be coverd only they will pay tax on turnover...
