Compliances work would mean the procedural work related to GST. So you need to cover (both theoretically as well as practically, including the latest developments) the following topics before the interviews - 

a) Registration and obtaining GSTIN

b) Filing returns 

c) E-way bill generation

d) Tax payment

e) Making Invoices, challans, debit and credit notes

f) Maintaining any records relating to GST etc.
