I have given many interviews for GST work but many of them are looking for compliance work, what exactly is complaince work and wat all topics do i need to cover for that

Hi Puneet,
Compliances work would mean the procedural work related to GST. So you need to cover (both theoretically as well as practically, including the latest developments) the following topics before the interviews -
a) Registration and obtaining GSTIN
b) Filing returns
c) E-way bill generation
d) Tax payment
e) Making Invoices, challans, debit and credit notes
f) Maintaining any records relating to GST etc.
