If You are filing Annual Report of Pvt. Co. to ROC follwing compliance required to be fulfile as per MCA requirement:

Form -23AC= Notice+ Director Report+ Balance Sheet togather with there schedules+Notes on Account

Form-23ACA = Profit & Loss Account with there Schesules + Notes on Account

Form 20B+ Scanned or soft copy of Annual Return.
