If there is any adverse remark by the auditor in the last Auditor Report [with respect to previous year financial statements.] Then is it required to be disclosed in the compliance certificate,that what was it and how it has been resolved. The question is ,will this item appear in compliance certificate and if the ans is yes then in what manner ??? How it would be presented ????

This query has been resolved in expert section and see the answer below ;

Directly a practicing CS is not required to comment upon adverse remark given by auditor through Compliance Certificate given u/s 383A.

It is duty of the board of directors to comment upon adverse remarks given by the auditor through their directors report as desired by section 217.

But in Compliance Certificate given u/s 383A a practicing CS comments whether company has complied with all the requirement as desired by section 217 regarding board report. Thus in this way a practicing CS indirectly deal with the situation.
