Completed CA after 12 years break

Please guide me on conversion for group 2 Final.

You can apply for conversion online and then start with your studies. What kind of information you need?

Since I've studied for old course 3 times but couldn't clear that's why I was in confusion to convert or not, but now quite clear to convert. Want to know how you prepared for SCMPE.

SCMPE : I completely went through institute material. Then I went through few sums from marginal costing old syllabus. Conceptually you have to be very clear

Did you appear in New/Old Syllabus?

R/Mam I have to ask that for how can you prepare AMA of second group. How can I prepare AMA by self study means how can I understand the concepts. And Mam another thing I want to know that after gap how you started your study means were you started preparation from directly CA final level or again revised CA IPCC syllabus because perhaps syllabus has changed and after gap you were not rememberise every concepts. Kindly request to please provide reply as soon as possible. Thankyou

I chose new syllabus. But for marginal costing and standard costing and transfer pricing basics I referred caonline costing classes old syllabus pen drive classes as new classes were not available at that time. But then I went through the institute's book and all RTP, M TP more than once. Yes I had to brush up my basics as I was totally lost when I started out But I had no pressure to complete within time so I prepared for like almost one year before giving my first group and then one year for my second group. I didn't revise CA intermediate that much because everything except accounting and costing basics had changed so I referred all new final materials only.

I cleared my C A Final Group 2 in 2001. There after due to some personal problem, I have not tried for C A Final Group .1. Right now I am working full time for 9 hours [working time] and 2and half hour travelling time. I am always feeling some emotional guilty. Now I would like to appear for final group 1. What is procedure ? Which study material are to be used ? Whether to appear in new course or old course ?

Better to appear in New course. Re validate your registration. Now everything is available online. You can get pen drive classes. You can easily complete if you put the required effort. Nothing to lose but no harm in giving it a fair chance

can you please indicate from where you have taken subjectwise pendrive classes for second group under the new scheme?
