Complete Export Procedure & Working procedure of an 100% EOU

is there any bond require for exports in 100% EOU

Please refer to the Customs Notification No.NT.52/2003 for complete Export procedure.

No seperate Bond is required for Export in 100% EOU. One bond which will suffics the purchase and sales value will cover Export. Bond Register, Proof of Export is mandetory to maintain and File to Excise Range Office. Export procedure is same as like Domestic unit, described under rules 19 of C.Ex.Rules, 02.
