Please think before giving a complaint against CA Firm

I think you should complaint, dont worry atleast you can get a transfer and 1 more thig no Chartered Accountant has that guts to screw up ur life, 1 more thign, this 3 years are for learning, first take a transfer and then complaint, you will be safe on both the ends and wud have a gud career.

i thnk vidya is all right because i know a case where chartered accountant was wrong but the decision was in favour of ca not for article. so before do anything first u think deeply in this then do anything against ca. 

Preeti, Please tell me why do like to make a complaint. If you wants the dummy seat then ask him for that. You cannot take transfer. Dummy articleship is demanded by articles , its not offered by us (CAs).

Please think before twice, thrice before you do anything.

All the firms have dummy articles, so don't expect a decision in your favour.

According to me whatever suggestions y have received till now Vidya advice was the best and Mr. Tilak raj advice was worst won. If u r thinking that he providing dummy at free of cost then think again since nothing comes free. Even if u ask for dummy he will deny since he has got cheap labour which he can use as he wants. there would some other articles also working speak to them and if they r really with u only then take some action otherwise u might end up destroying your career.

Even if u wants to fight make your prepare mentally that much enough to fight for your right since the persons who r on dummy would themselves say in the ca institute that u yourself r a dummy article and they r not and would provide false proof for that.

Think yourself what is good for u so that if something bad happens then do not have to blame anyone.

I am not supporting dummy articleship. Yaar you all students, complaint when your CA is hard, when they don't give leaves, when they don't give you work and exposure and when they give others dummy articleship and not to you.

I am not favouring anything. Just concerntrate your own training and study. Don't interfere in others work.

I am just saying that if you want to complaint then please think both positive and negative point of your cpmplaint.

Sir... we are all human beings...so obviously we compare ourselves with others !! I am sorry to say, but chartered accountants are the main ppl who compare themselves with other CAs...you must be aware of that. So my point is that the institute, instead of penalising students, should FIRST PENALISE THE CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT WHO IS PROVIDING THE SERVICE OF DUMMY ARTICLESHIP !!! as a CA is suppossed to be a person who sets an example to the society !! if he himself indulges in these FRAUDULENT activities, what can we expect from those who enroll under him for their articleship ?

Today every student has the desire for dummy and even they are doing some extra courses/classess alongwith CA and even they do not willing to inform the Institute. If a student desirous of  complaining against a Member. A member may be subjected to displinary action but the student may have suffered a great set back since students are (1) enjoying dummy (2) doing more than 2 courses. The career of student will be finished before it start. So every student, keeping in his mind the interest of his own, other artcles and future articles, apply his/her intelligence and THINK ONE DAY AFTER COMPLETING CA COURSE, HE/SHE FINDS HIMSELF ON THE SAME TRACK.

I am also a ca student and i have also taken transfer from my prvious ca firm and the reason for leaving the firm is misuse of Article clerk service. Do u know what i mean by saying that i was doing a job of a peon in that firm for 7.5 months and he was using me and not only i was doing a job of a peon everybody has done in that firm and whatever Kand my CA has done till now i know each and every thing personally. and for your information i have also written a letter destruction for my CA in this website only and which doing it in future and 2 Articles working in that firm r very well aware of that.
