sir, A person is a lawyer, he would like to register MCA portal for uploading his client's forms as a authorised representative, can he register MCA portal or professional can only register and upload forms ?

He can register with mca portal but for certification of e form should be approved either by CA or CS or Cost Accountant (in whole time practice), he can upload the e form once he has taken the digital sign from the above mentioned professionals.
