Company name change before incorporation opc

There are two options available:

1. Apply straight way for fresh name application for private limited company and attach the NOC from the director who had applied for name of OPC that he does not have any objection if private limited company with same name gets applied. And if ROC raise any objection then, use option 2.

2. Wait for 2 months expiration from date of application filed for name reservation and then apply the fresh name for Private Limited Company

Do we need to mention anything in the form that name has been alloted to OPC with the same director. And NOC to be on individual letter head as the company is yet to eb incorporated.

Do we need to mention Yes in the point no 9 which states as foloows :

Whether the promoters are carrying on any Partnership firm, sole proprietary or unregistered entity in the name as applied for
(If yes, attach NOC from all owners/partners of such entity for use of such name)

If yes, whether the business of such entity shall take over by the proposed Company

MCA gives two options to apply the names. In case ROC does not approve any of 6 names, then there will be a link in your login id against the SRN to submit the fresh names. then you can file another 6 names and no fees will be charged for this by MCA.

The name of Pvt Limited company has been reserved. Can we change the name before incorporation?? There is a simple change because of a typo error. The word "Science" needs to be replaced by "Sciences"

Dear Sir,

Submit INC-1 for the same name as private limited company and along with that submit one letter stating that, i am the promoter of the _______OPC and due to admission of promoter we would like to incorporate it as private limited company.

In the same letter mention SRN of INC-1 applied for reservation of OPC.

Sir, its not an OPC. I have already got the name reserved as pvt ltd company. I want to add 1 letter to it. My question is can I make changes to the company name other than what is reserved?
