We have filed application for name change of XXXXXX COMPANY Private Limited to XXXXXXX INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, on 09/10/2012 and this form is approved on 12/10/2012. We have filed form-23 after passing the Special Resolution( in a EGM dated 15-10-2012) on 06-11-2012,and this form is now pending with ROC office with following Remarks “Regulation 17(6) invoked”
We are waiting for approval of Form 23 for filing of Form 1B. .So we have not filed form 1 B till date..By this time validity of name approval was expired on 12/12/2012.So we have filed new application in form- 1A on 16-12-12 and this form is returned for resubmission with following remarks… ALREADY YOU HAVE PASSED THE RESOULTION FOR CHANGE OF NAME BEFORE GETTING THE APPROVAL,PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW YOU ARE GOING TO REGULARIZE
What we have to do???? Please advice how we can regularize the name change procedures?
