Company name approval

Hi Friends,
 
One of my Client want to get his company name registered as "MCX XXXXXX Pvt. Ltd.". Is it possible to get this name? Please suggest. As i check the name on mca portal, i found these similar name companies registered with a word 'mcx'

no u cant get the registred starting with MCX words even though it is private limited

The name suggested by your client too closely resembeles with the name MCX stock exchange ltd and so this name will be disallowed. As said by Manoj ji, you cannot have the name of company starting with MCX.
