Present Form 23AC fills companies authorised capital automatically i.e.that is on record of MCA.If for any reason increase in authorised capital is not changed in MCA record there could be problem in filing Form 23AC this year.

For Example your Authorised capital is 10 crore & paid up capital is 2 crore and in MCA records authorised capital is 1 crore than it will not be possible to fill Form 23AC.

Therfore check master data & get it corrected if there is any discrepancy.
