I had submitted INC-7 and dir-12.The remarks that came from ROC Bangalore is ..(.the MOA/AOA not witnessed Form should be resubmitted by 26/07/2015)
Please advice me what document have to submit.

Make sure that u attached signing page along witness signature. Also Now a days ID proof of witness is asked by MCA attached it also.
You have to resubmit INC-7 Form. Please ensure last page of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the proposed company (subscripttion page) have been attached and witnessed. The subscripttion pages of MOA and AOA has been attached herewith for your reference.
Please note that deails on these pages should be handwritten by subscribers and witness.
But by 26th July??? Form is never asked to re submitted after such a long time
On which date the message for resubmission came ?
Check the subscriber page of MOA & AOA carefully see what is missing.....Get the thing correctly added and resubmit the inc7 else visit personally ROC office they will clear ur doubt...
