Make sure that u attached signing page along witness signature. Also Now a days ID proof of witness is asked by MCA attached it also.
You have to resubmit INC-7 Form. Please ensure last page of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the proposed company (subscripttion page) have been attached and witnessed. The subscripttion pages of MOA and AOA has been attached herewith for your reference.
Please note that deails on these pages should be handwritten by subscribers and witness.
