Hi Everyone,

Kindly help me address following

I have applied for company formation and filed all requrired forms. Now i have received following query from mca

"INC- 8 9 10 to be on stamp paper and photos to be attched on MOA and AOA. Form should be resubmitted by 11/06/2015 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)

The following Form has to be Resubmitted

1. Form1

2. Form18

3. Form32

However I cant find these forms on the MCA portal. Kindly suggest how do i submit rectifications(in which form).

W.e.f 01.04.2014 Companies Act, 2013 become applicable. All MCA / ROC Forms has been re-numbered along with introduction of new forms which was not provided for earlier. As your query is regarding the Form 1, 18 & 32, which are not available on the website, it was due to the above mentioned reason.

MCA has also provided the link for details on Mapping of New vs Old Forms. The details of your required forms are as follows:

Form 1 - Replaced by Form INC-7

Form 18 - Replaced by Form INC-22

Form 32 - Replaced by Form DIR-12

You need to resumbit the above specified new series of form.
