Sir, Probably u may forgot to register the digital signature of the concerned director  which is attached to the form1

When you filing Form-1 with ROC, you check  the declaration colums:

The person whose detail is given will sign the Form-1 and if such person is director then DIN is must otherwise not.

Actually i had not registered the digital signature as stated by Mr. Manikanth. Hence, the problem.
