Dear All,
While doing the prescrutiny of the form 1, the error comes as follows :-
"The digital signature and the DIN details of the director doesnt match."
I have the following queries regarding the error :
1. Can the promoters or directors mentioned in the Form digitally sign the form? If yes, then can the category of the promoter be that of Executive Director?
2. If the above question is in negative, then can a CA, who shall also be the auditor of the Firm, digitally sign the form?
3. If the answer to the above question is again negative, then what should be done?
I am also attaching the error.
