Qns is 1) the Company change status from CIRP into Active Company and the Insolvency Professional not filing Annual Return for 2023-2024 and Resolution plan Approved on 04.11.2025 and IP filed INC-28 with ROC.

How to File Annual Return for 2024-25 give procedure or Checklist
Once CIRP is closed and INC-28 is filed, the company becomes fully active and must file all pending Annual Returns. File FY 2023-24 first with penalty, then FY 2024-25 normally, following standard MCA compliance procedure with CIRP disclosure.
