Dear Sir, Thanks in anticipation !! Sir I want to incorporate a company and want to issue shares from initial stage having different voting right namely Class A equity Share And Class B Equity Shares. So when filling Subscriber sheet in Memorandom, Shall we write Classes of Shares of Subscriber while writing there in "No. of Equity Shares taken By each Subscriber" Column in Subscriber sheet.
