Companies act 2013 for nov 2014??
hii.. does companies act 2013 is applicable for november 2014 exam.because icai has not issued new material with updated act.. plz help me in this regard

Yes. Companies Act 2013 is applicable for nov 2014
yes, new co. act is applicable. 98 sections notified in sept last year are applicable for nov 14 exams.
