TOOK PP BAGS FROM THIRD PARTY FOR MAIZE PACKING PURPOSE WHICH WILL BE EXPORT . HE HAS NOT CHARGED ANY TAXED IN BILL ONLY BAGS RATE AND STERO CHG IS THERE. LET ME KNOW WHETHER IT WILL ATTRACT TDS OR NOT ? AS PER ME ITS COMES UNDER WORKS CONTRACT WHETHER IT WILL BE WRITTEN OR NOT IN WRITING. IT WILL BE ATTRACT UNDER 194 C
