Dear Sir,

Please explain about this maater

I have received Commission of Rs 374125 and deducted TDS 37412.

whether can i use ITR4 in which no Regular books of accounts maintained or use income from other sources in column others and claim expenses?

i have no books of accounts U/S 44AA

Please guide me

Depending on the nature of commission earned, whether it is a one-time commission received or earned on a regular basis from business carried on by you, you may either file ITR-4 and show expenses also, or you may just charge it under income from other sources.
