Corporate job is utter politics, where you will have to adjust / change yourself according to your boss/senior's dirty politics.

I would suggest you to concentrate more on coaching. Do success in that which you have already started!.

Dont succumb to social/parental/marriage issue pressure!

Its your life, you decide!

At the end Ultimately its you who should be satisfied with the kind of work you do,.. not your parents/future wife/society.

Iam sorry to say sir but being yourself a teacher how can you say that coaching is degrading,more over coaching is never a career prospect,it should be given naturally to share knowledge and what you earn on coaching is for the efforts you put in and is not at all comparable to job.

once you decide that coaching is degrading you are not doing justice for the noble profession and to the students who look upto you,we would not be what we are today if our teachers thought like you.

no one is superior or no job is superior,it is just the perspective one has towards it.

Money may come and go but knowledge should be shared,always coaching i would prefer to a job because here you are not going to compromise on anything and what you know you are sharing with others and in turn learning fom others,no ego etc,job does not allow you this flexibility,where is the risk here if you are a good teacher then you need not worry about students,they will follow you.

but please don't think it as a business proposition,then you are taking a risk.

you being a ca can easily decide the monetary aspect of coaching vs employment.

say proudly that you teach students and respect which you will receive when they pass the exam and thank you,you won't get anywhere the satisfaction of achivement even you work for many many years in a company.

DEAR FRIEND, I WAS IN COACHING BEFORE COMPLETING CA...I DO NOT JOIN JOB BEFORE COMPLETING, I HAVE A VERY GOOD SKILL IN TEACHING,GOOD EARNING & WAS LOT OF SATISFACTION...IN COACHING.

BUT AFTER COMPLETING MY CA I JOIN JOB & QUIT COACHING ,BUT AFTER COMPLETING MORE THAN 2 YEARS IN JOB. NOW   I AM PLANNING FOR COACHING IN ADDITIOIN TO MY JOB .LETS SEE ..

I SUGGEST YOU TO CONTINUE YOUR COACHING.YOU CAN FIND JOB ANY TIME..YOU CAN ALSO DO PRACTICE IN ADDITION TO YOUR COACHING.I THINK NO RISK.

Sir watching you all's reply i am thankfull to you all..................... Sir it means according to you the coaching is best.............. i am teaching CPT and IPCC students.

I had plans to go for Civil exams earlier or to go for NET exams for lecturership.....................

but if i go for any of them then wats the use of doing CA.

Please please please please please motivate me a little more to decide..................................

Should i spend a little more time in industry to decide.....................

So that i can compare both areas....................

I agree with praveen sir. Corporate life is very different and everyone can't adust himself to this environment. If you are satisfied with your coaching and earning good income, have a good future in practice also.

Dear In our profession If you living in your city in your home and earning a good income and most important you are satisfied with that. Nothing else to see about that. Every job is useless among these things..

Job in another city only for the fixed and secured income is not a good option. I am sharing my personal experience with you only. I have also an opportunity to do the coaching  in my own city with the practie. But I selected the job in corporate. But I am not satisfied with that now. Corporate culture is very bad and gives mental harassment in each day...

Just do that you want....

just blindly follow what ur heart says,,

i think once u get some good name in coaching...no job will meet the earnings from coaching

how ever u can manage both togethor also know sir

IF you have think that you have leadership quality then you can move ahead in job..

otherwise pls keep focus on coaching .. because it provides you ownership.....

Well Sachin .. I am myself a teacher for CA Students ... And am also working ... I agree with what others say.. Job requires working hard . Which sooner or later everyone can do.. But teaching requires talent which everyone cant do.. And how is teaching risky ? If you are a good faculty , then u are bound to have students because CA students want quality at any cost.. 

Many Say Teaching gets monotonous.. But in my opinion it gets monotonous only if u go on teach9ng the same thing. If u bring urself out of your comfort zone , you wil find teaching more interesting .. regarding degrading ur personality .. I would say that Teaching is not the reason . Cos it helps you to speak in front of a crowd. But after class u should engage urself in some smart activities like socialising .. Working out etc which will enhance ur personality to a higher level.. 

But if u r bored of teaching , get into a job.. cos without passionate living .. Life is meaningless even if u get loads of money :) All the best
