Clubbing of income

In case minor's parents has died and he is living with grandfather who have income chargeable to tax

Whether his income will be clubbed with grandfa.

no...in case the minor is an orphan section 64(1A) is not applicable and his income will not be clubbed with anyone..it will be taxable in his own hands only...

No clubbing is done only in hands of parents now in this case no clubbing will be there..

No Clubbing..,

the same will taxed in the hand of Minor.. ROI will be filed by Gurdian on behalf of Minor..
