One of my Company was incorporated in 1999 and its filing is done till 2007.
Now the question is i want to Close down the Company as no bussiness has been carried on. In this case do i need to Complete all the pending filings till date ? or can i close the Company back dated in 2008 itself.
Can anybody also guide me with the procedure

Process of removing an incorporated or registered firm from the register or roll kept by the governing statutory agency such as registrar of companies. Striking off may be (1) on the request of the firm itself after cessation of business activities, (2) on non-filing of accounts and other statutory requirements, or (3) on non-response to the statutory agency's mail sent to the firm's official (registered) address.
