One my Client a Private Limited Company is in deafault for non filing of necessary forms and documents from last 3 years.
Now ,my query is how can we close this Company in a best and effective way and the huge dues of Government are pending from the last 3 years. Please suggest the best way to shut the Company.

As I do not have practical grasp on the issue, let me give some theoritical inputs which you also perhaps know.
Can we opt for section 560, ie strike off of the company as a defunct one. It is easy and less time consuming. If not, I guess you have to use winding up process.
But whichever is the route, government dues have to be paid off.
