friends, r pcc results declared?

 When the results of May 2008 exams were declared on 30/07/2008, the results were out only at around 12.30-12.45 pm. so, even today, they may be out at the same time only.

Its 12 now. CPT & Final results were out at 11 or half past 11 this time. why so late??
