LUCKNOW: A high school student allegedly shot at and injured his class teacher at a school on Saturday afternoon. ( Watch  ) 



Police alleged the Class X student of the Red Rose School was angry with his teacher after he was scolded for not wearing the uniform when he had gone to collect his admit card for the examinations. 



"The student had gone to school this morning to collect his admit card for board examinations. And during this he got a scolding from his class teacher Akhilesh Mishra for not turning up at the school in his school uniform. 



The student then went to his home and came back with his father's pistol and waited outside the school, till the school got over and shot at his class teacher as he came out from school," said Inspector at Sarojini Nagar police station Abhishek Sirohi. 



"According to doctors, the teacher is out of danger and currently admitted at Trauma Centre here, while the accused is absconding. No arrests have been made so far in this case. The student is a son of a railway officer," said the police inspector.
