Consider Bcom first,as a gap in CA is acceptable whereas in BCom it is not. You can appear for IPCC within 6 months whereas BCOM will make you wait for 1 whole year.
My ipcc may 2014 and sol (part II) are aslo clashing. But due to different time schedule will give both the exams. really tensed about it, anyways lets hope for the best.
do ca as this course will makes your life sol will spoil your life as CA > GRADUATION.You can further do graduation from ICAI MOU. REFER THIS SITE:
