Clarification on sbc
date of providing service is 01.10.2015
but, invoice has been raised on 01.03.2016.
how to calculate the SBC. (date of applicability of SBC is 15.11.2015)

SBC is applicable in your case assuming payment is made after imposition of SBC.
If payment is received before 15/11/2015 then SBC will not be applicable. If payment is received after 15/11/2015 then SBC will be charged.
