I am a Registered Dealer in Karnataka. Another Registered Dealer in Karnataka, who deals in Software, informs that he will bill the software to to me mentioning the address of my Guest House in Chennai (as he cannot sell the product due to an agreement with his Principal). I have not registered my Guest House Address.
Is this OK.

It does not prevent from the supplier to make interstate sale under CST @ 2% and since DC will be to Chennai, you can not have it directly.
