pls solve my query.
Can we claim sgst of one state with sgst of other state.
Ex- I registered in Delhi but I went in Punjab and here purchased some goods in the firm name. Here as goods are delivered in Punjab itself hence place of supply is Punjab and the seller put cgst and sgst in the invoice. Now question is can I claim sgst of other state
Pls solve my query.

No, if not registered in that state......

No you cant claim SGST of different state in your state
sir jee if you have taken goods in delhi, then you must have asked your supplier to levy igst and place of supply is in delhi so then you can claim igst
As per my understanding, there is no provision to cliam SGST of other state. You can calim if you registered in such particular state from that you purchsed goods.
Even if you paid cgst in one state you can't claim ITC of that cgst to pay cgst in another state. So, both cgst and sgst paid in one state itc not available in another state.
